Registration Process

How do I register?

Sponsors and attendees can click either of the Register buttons on the Homepage to begin the registration process. You can also register by clicking here.

Can I register by phone or fax?

We prefer that you register online. If you are unable to register online, please email us from the Contact page and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to complete your registration.

Can I register onsite?

We will accept registrations onsite. However, we will have a limited amount of space and resources available to onsite registrants. To guarantee your spot at the Symposium, we recommend registering online. Plus, registering in advance is less expensive than registering onsite.

 What if I want to pay for more than one attendee?

If you want to buy tickets to the Symposium for multiple attendees (for example, several members of your staff), you can add multiple tickets to your cart during the checkout process and pay for them all at once. HOWEVER, each staff member will need to go online and complete a registration form. We will email you the link to that form once your order has been submitted. You can also access the form here.

 Can I register for golf only?

No. To register for golf, you must also purchase a 2-day registration. Sponsors may purchase additional golf tickets through the sponsor registration process.

How much does it cost to register for the event?

Earlybird (before May 1):

Symposium Registration:

Member: $139

Non-Member: $189

Symposium Registration Plus Golf:

Member: $214

Non-Member: $264

Late Registrations:

After May 1, all prices for members and non-members increase by $50.

Symposium Registration:

6 hours of Continuing Education Classes on Wednesday
Lunch on Wednesday
Trade Show & Dinner
After-Hours Party
Thursday general session and breakout sessions (up to an additional 4 CEC credits)

Your hotel room is not included in your registration. You will need to book a hotel room separately, either at the Downtown Marriott or another location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, PayPal, and credit cards. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use the PayPal payment system to pay with your credit card. 

 

Cancellation

What if I need to cancel?

We will issue a full refund for any cancellations received prior to May 26. We will not issue refunds after May 26.

How do I cancel?

Hotel

Do I have to stay overnight?

No. You are welcome to commute. 

Do I have to stay at the Downtown Marriott? 

No. We have a discounted room rate at the Downtown Marriott, and because of the convenience of being onsite, we recommend it, but you are free to stay wherever you like.
